University Roles
University of Arkansas at Little Rock
I am incredibly proud of the work I’ve led at UA Little Rock. When I arrived in 2022, the team was hungry to take on big challenges and ready to transform the university’s trajectory. By working together, we’ve achieved some truly remarkable results:
- Reversing enrollment decline: I helped halt a 13-year downward trend, strengthening the foundation of our university. The following year, we celebrated our best enrollment in 15 years.
- Institutionalizing a marketing budget: I secured long-term, consistent resources to support marketing at UA Little Rock, ensuring we can build momentum year after year and maximize the impact of our efforts.
- National visibility: By leveraging a once-in-a-generation eclipse, I helped secure more than 3.5 billion media impressions, raising the university’s profile as a center for discovery.
- Strategic initiatives: I led the media announcement for both the $250 million Centennial Campaign and the Trojan Guarantee program. Both efforts received statewide attention.
- A modern digital presence: I led the launch of a new website, UA Little Rock’s first major update in over 10 years, making the university more visible, accessible, and engaging than ever.
Arkansas Tech University
I am proud of the work I accomplished at Arkansas Tech University, particularly because it was my first time leading a team of creatives. Together, we took on major institutional challenges, elevated the university’s visibility, and built a stronger foundation for future growth.
- Directed an institutional rebrand: Guided a comprehensive rebrand that unified messaging and elevated Arkansas Tech’s profile.
- Strengthened recruitment partnerships: Built strong collaboration between admissions and enrollment, contributing to significant freshman class growth.
- Standardized enrollment communications: Revised all undergraduate and graduate enrollment materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brand.
- Led a record-setting campaign: Helped launch the Together, We Can Campaign, which exceeded its fundraising goal and advanced institutional priorities.
- Managed crisis communications: Oversaw public relations efforts for the university’s safe and successful return to campus after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Service to the Profession
Council for Advancement & Support of Education (CASE)
CASE has been part of my professional journey from the very beginning, and it has shaped me as much as I’ve helped shape it. I am proud of the leadership roles I’ve been trusted to take on because they have given me the chance to build stronger connections across our profession, test bold new ideas, and share what I’ve learned with colleagues across the world.
- Doubled member engagement across CASE District IV: As District IV Chair, led initiatives that significantly increased participation in CASE programs, resources, and networking opportunities, resulting in record engagement across the region.
- Chaired the CASE District IV Conference: Guided the district’s premier professional development event, bringing advancement professionals together to share ideas, strengthen connections, and advance the profession.
- Developed a member engagement model adopted nationwide: Collaborated with fellow district chairs to create a new engagement framework, presented the model to the CASE Board of Trustees, and helped support its implementation across all CASE districts.
- Advanced the profession through national leadership and mentorship: Serve as Chair of the CASE Marketing and Branding Faculty and as a CASE Academy mentor, leading conversations on best practices while helping develop the next generation of advancement leaders.
